A Foot In The Crease - Episode 2.24

Episode 2.24 of AFITC – The Reunion Edition comes your way today on the heels of another successful week of Maple Leaf action. This week we saw the Buds accumulate five of a possible six points with wins over Philadelphia and Edmonton and a shootout loss to the Islanders.

We recap those games to begin the Redline Report and provide updates on Darcy Tucker, Kris Newbury, Mike Peca and Kyle Wellwood in the Revolving Door. What To Be-Leaf separates the contenders from the pretenders in the battle for the final playoff positions in the Eastern Conference. An update on the Flight of the Penguins Saga and discussions on the Forsberg trade, the Nagy trade and the Emery suspension as well as some quick hits conclude the Redline Report.

On The Bubble features another outstanding edition of listener email and comments from our forums part of A Foot In The Crease Fans on Facebook. You will also see the return of the Troubling Fact of the Week as we go guestless for the first time in three weeks.

Rigamarole features coverage of the Reunion of the 1967 Toronto Maple Leaf Stanley Cup champions held Saturday night prior to the Maple Leafs vs Oilers game at Air Canada Centre including the type of reaction that Dave Keon received.

Music in this episode from the Podsafe Music Network includes "All We Need" by Collectors, "I Don't Like It" by Johnny Brickhouse and "Sliding Glass Door" by Elsinor.
