The playoffs are well under way as is our playoff coverage on week 36 of A Foot In The Crease. The format has changed only slightly with the Maple Leafs no longer available to provide the backbone for our show but all the usual segments are still included.

Also we address Pat Quinn’s parting statement from earlier this week, the departure of Aki Berg and provide an update regarding the status of Karel Pilar. We concluded the Redline Report with an extensive breakdown of the progress of all eight first round matchups.

On the Bubble features more listener email, a Toronto Marlies playoff recap and a feature on Francois Beauchemin of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. As always rigamarole concludes our show and this week looks at the trouble the Detroit Red Wings have been experiencing in their first round matchup with the Edmonton Oilers.

Sens Underground - Episode 24

Just like a case of beer, it's Episode 24!

We are still riddled with injuries and there have been some "reports" by RDS that Chara and Hasek were both done for the season. But, I wouldn't believe those reports just yet. It was a good week for the Sens... we beat a couple of good teams when we all thought it was as likely as the Leafs making the playoffs this year.

We recap this week's games:
Ottawa 4 New York Rangers 1
Washington 1 Ottawa 0
Ottawa 6 Atlanta 4

This week we have a special guest!!!! Thomas Luongo from Sabrerattling.com and we discuss the recent games for the Sabres, as well as that cheap-shot by SideShow Bob put on Jochen Hecht. We talk about Ray Emery's great run over the past month, Colin Campbell's indecision, and some great stick handlers.

If you'd like to contact the NHL regarding the Tucker hit please use the following numbers:
