Another jam packed edition of AFITC comes your way today with Episode 2.36 of the program. The third round of the playoffs is well underway and we get you caught up with the progress of both the Eastern Conference Final, involving the Buffalo Sabres and Ottawa Senators and the Western Conference Final, involving the Detroit Red Wings and Anaheim Ducks in the Playoff Recap portion of the Redline Report. To being that segment, we discuss a host of Leaf Notes including a conclusion to Sundin's hip drama, the signings of Alexei Ponikarovsky and Ian White, and the results of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment's annual Board of Directors meeting. To conclude the Redline Report, we celebrate the gold medal victory of Team Canada at the World Hockey Championships and touch on a Quick Hit regarding upcoming edition's of the World Junior Hockey Championships.
On The Bubble features an interview we conducted this past week with Andy Frost, the public address announcer for the Toronto Maple Leafs at Air Canada Centre, the host of Psychedelic Psunday on Q107 and Leaf Talk on AM 640 Toronto Radio among his many other duties.
